How it works

You post
Fill in the form from your phone in five minutes: photos, price per room, what is included, when it is free.

We check
We read every listing before it goes live, usually within 24 hours. If something is missing we write to you rather than just rejecting it.

They message you
The listing stays online for 30 days. Before it expires you get an email to renew it in one click or mark it as rented.
Our rules
There are few of them and they are not negotiable. They exist so that readers trust what they find here, which is mostly in your interest.
An honest, complete price
The rent you write is what the student will pay. No “price on application”, no surprises at signature.
Clear bills
Say whether bills are included. If they are not, give a realistic estimate: “around €50 a month” is information, “excluded” on its own is not.
Real photos, of that flat
Photos of the room and the shared spaces, taken by you. No renders and no photos of another “similar” flat.
No payment before the viewing
Never ask for deposits, transfers or “room holding fees” before the student has seen the place, in person or on a video call.
Keep the listing current
As soon as the room is taken, mark it as rented. A dead listing wastes everyone's time and fills your phone with pointless messages.
A proper contract
No verbal agreements. Student transitional contract or canone concordato: our guides explain the difference.
Listings that break these rules do not get published. And anyone looking for a place can report a listing at any time: we check it again ourselves.
What we do not do
- We are not an agency and we do not represent you.
- We do not write or sign contracts on your behalf.
- We do not screen tenants for you and we do not vouch for them.
- We take no commission, from either side.
